About Our Founder
Meet Frances Campbell
Pastor - Intercessor - Mentor
Frances D. Campbell is a dedicated spiritual leader whose lifelong commitment to serving others has left an indelible mark on the communities she has touched. Born and raised in the town of Tarpon Springs, Florida, Frances was known to be very protective and often fought for what she loved and valued. Upon getting saved and fully surrendering to God, this fighting nature translated into the prayer warrior she is today. Frances since has always been deeply rooted in her faith and driven by a passion to help those in need.
With a ministry tenure spanning well over 50 years, Frances's journey in ministry began alongside her beloved husband, the late Overseer Willie Campbell Jr. Together, they pastored the Community Outreach of the Apostolic Faith in Tampa, Florida, where they tirelessly worked to uplift and empower the local community. Those around Frances, including her two sons, would describe her in various ways: a faithful servant, a gifted teacher, a nurturing mentor, and simply the ultimate mother to mothers.
The Lord is my shepard; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Psalms 23:1-3

Currently, she serves as the Women's Ministry Senior Leader at Love Restoration Christian Center - a role she fulfills with grace, wisdom, and compassion.
Frances Campbell's compassionate heart, coupled with her strong leadership skills, has allowed her to impact countless lives, bringing healing, hope, and transformation to individuals. A true beacon of light and a cherished asset to the faith community!
